Here we are at a New Moon in Capricorn, something is just beginning and wanting to grow. If you can, go out and look at the night sky, you will probably have a hard time seeing the Moon. You'll have to look for it and it'll probably be faint in color--so, let that be an image for the energy of a New Moon, we may just have an inkling of what we want to create or begin.
This New Moon is at 28 degrees of Capricorn and is a part of a stellium ( planets that are next to each other and their energies are united and may be hard to tease apart). We have the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars in late degrees of Capricorn, and Venus and Pluto in what's called an out of sign conjunction in early degrees of Aquarius. That's all the personal planets coupled with Pluto (the Lord of the Underworld). Mars, Venus, and Mercury have already had a special relationship with the Sun called cazimi. A cazimi speaks to a rebirthing and a New Moon essentially has the same energy, and then to meet with Pluto is yet another regenerative energy. It's like washing the dishes three times in a row, maybe like someone with OCD would do--thoroughly (no judgement, but just as an image).
The ruler of this lunation, Saturn, is offering a sextile from Pisces (along with Neptune) almost as a parting gift before it leaves Pisces and settles into the sign of Aries for the next
2 1/2 years. A sextile is considered favorable energy, one of being met and supported. Further, Uranus is offering a trine from the final degrees of Taurus. Trines are also considered an easier aspect, as there is nothing stopping or blocking this energy, it's free-flowing. Saturn is at the final degrees of Pisces and that feels like a meaningful ending that may preclude a bew beginning. So, consider where you may be blocking your forward momentum.
What does all of this mean? Capricorn is a cardinal, earth energy and some of it's key words are things like building blocks, construction, and architecture. It's a hard working sign, one that appreciates dedication, focus, and fastidiousness. It may help to give you an image. Think of building a garden. It's not something that will happen overnight. It'll take patience and determination. You may have the idea, but how are you going to accomplish the end goal? You may need support, perhaps a landscape architect, and a crew to help you clear and create the site. There's a feeling here that you can't do it all on your own, so consider your resources, and consider how you can delegate some of the responsibilities. You may want to put in an irrigation system to help with watering. You may consider raised beds, so there's less bending over and stooping when it comes to tending your plants, and you may want to do some research to understand what plants will best grow in your area.
So, this is a project, that probably will not be done in a day. You recognize that it's going to take some discipline too. You will have to weed, care, water, and nurture these seedlings. You're not going to plant things and then go on with your life, you will need to carve out time to do the work to make sure your garden thrives. So, consider what you start under this lunation with these ideas in mind. What can you feasibly start now, knowing it'll take time and effort? Consider if you have the time and energy to dedicate to this project. Capricorn is strategic, so don't start something you don't think you will finish or give up on. Capricorn loves a sense of accomplishment and the recognition of getting something done.
