Some people wonder about my logo and what it all means. I’ve been struck by the synchronicity of my last name and how it fits with the glyphs of the Sun and the Moon. My last name is O’Donnell and the glyph for the Sun is the circle with a dot in the middle which connects with the first letter of my last name O, and how the crescent moon that symbolizes the Moon is also represented by the letter D (when turned on its side), the second letter of my last name. 

The Sun and the Moon are the two luminaries in our solar system and are archetypally important in our charts. The Sun represents our will, ego, and how we want to shine in this lifetime. The Sun is a place where we are constantly learning about ourselves and a place of unfolding over an entire lifetime. The Moon is largely unconscious and speaks of a place that longs, yearns, and needs a place of safety and security. As you can see these two energies tend to feel at odds. How do we shine if we don’t feel safe? How do we express ourselves if we don’t understand what is driving us? Balancing these energies is potentially our life’s work.  My hope is that if you choose to work with me, we will explore this area of life and you will walk away feeling validated and more fully seen.
