A Full Moon in Leo lights up the "stage". Where is Leo in your chart? Are you standing in the wings when you crave the limelight? What prevents you from stepping out into the light? This Full Moon could reveal why.
The Moon stands opposite a group of planets in Aquarius. Specifically, Pluto, Mars, Sun, Venus and Mercury. The saying "the cheese stands alone" comes to mind. The Moon has craters on its surface, which may speak to the places of impact it has received by being this reflectory orb. Leo is often depicted as being over the top, egotistical, and a lover of drama. And we may witness that on the world stage, especially from some of our world leaders. But, how do we connect to this energy where we may feel the need to show our heart energy, or take the risk and show up in ways we haven't in the past? We may need some support or a round of applause for confidently taking center stage by some of our loyal friends nearby. You can hear some of the me vs them energy in Leo. Let's remember that the medicine is in the polarity. If we are too focused on self, how can we connect with others? If we are too cold and detached, how can we reconnect to a light source that warms us up. If we have been feeling left out, how do we engage with others in a new way? Play around during this Full Moon. Experiment. Like an actor playing a role, what does it feel like to adopt a different persona? Does it help us get in touch with an inner energy that is searching expression?
The ruler of this lunation, Saturn, is in the last few degrees of Pisces. Neptune has moved on and is in Aries. Saturn feels like a clean up crew. Saturn wants you to put the work into whatever you are going for. Hard work, determination, and discipline are some of Saturn's words. In Pisces, there could be a feeling that you're doing it for a higher purpose. Aquarius is somewhat similar energy in that we want what's for the greater good. Being a leader of a group is hard work. You have to balance your ego with the collective needs. Yet again there's a sense that we need the polarity to bring us into balance.
Take this time to look at your Leo, Aquarius, and Pisces houses. What experiences are reflected there? The Leo house may point out the place to step up and lead. Is the 2nd house? Maybe you need to look at your personal finances. The Aquarius house could show where the group needs the help. Is it the 8th house? Maybe you need to balance out your personal costs vs what your family needs you to contribute. The Pisces house may show where you need some discipline? Is it the 9th house? Perhaps you need to teach some of your family some basic budgeting skills.
This is a great time to pay attention to our Leo and Aquarius houses too, because the nodes will be shifting into these signs, and we will start experiencing eclipses here. In fact, the next lunation is an eclipse in Aquarius. Perhaps this lunation will shows us the coming attractions.
One final note, Uranus will be stationing direct on this day, and this can point to some upheaval or quick changes. Uranus will be moving out of Taurus in April, so it might help to keep an overall sense of flexibility in your perspective, your schedule, etc while it finishes it's time up in Taurus (and for almost the entire collective, we will not see Uranus in Taurus in our lifetimes because of it's 84 year cycle around the Sun). Your Taurus house has had major changes since Uranus entered almost 7-8 years ago. This is another place that deserves your notice and reflection.
