February 25-March 3, 2024

Updated: Mar 6, 2024

February 25-March 3, 2024

February is ending and March is about to begin so let's look at the planetary movements for March:

March 9- Mercury moves into Aries

March 10- New Moon in Pisces at 20 degrees

March 11- Venus moves into Pisces

March 19- Sun moves into Aries

March 22- Mars moves into Pisces

March 25- Full Moon Lunar eclipse at 5 degrees of Libra

Jupiter will go from 11 to 17 degrees of Taurus

Saturn will go from 9-13 degrees of Pisces

Uranus will go from 19 to 20 degrees of Taurus

Neptune will go from 26 to 27 degrees of Pisces

Pluto will stay at 1 degree of Aquarius

February 27- Mars in Aquarius squares Jupiter in Taurus at 6 degrees:  Be bold, brash, and courageous, but don't promise the Moon or bite off more than you can chew. There is a sense of euphoria, optimism, hope, or that anything is achievable. Be strategic with your energy. If you’ve been burning the candles at both ends, you may feel like the candle--extinguished.. It may help to consider how each action you take in your life has meaning, or maybe you recognize there is no purpose to some of the things you do and decide to make changes.

February 28- Mercury will conjunct the Sun and Saturn in Pisces at 9 degrees. This energy may be hard to tease apart. If you're having trouble in a Saturn kind of way, let’s start by looking at our ability to respond, essentially the meaning of responsibility. Saturn encourages us to be responsible and mature. We gain wisdom and insight, usually after learning some hard lessons. We may notice the passing of time. It may be hard to articulate or to express what’s underneath the feelings you have.

February 29- Mercury in Pisces sextile Jupiter in Taurus at 11 degrees. What makes us feel optimistic? Is it a frame of mind? Based only on the tangible experiences of it? Be willing to expand your frame of reference--communication may not come through in the more obvious forms. Venus in Aquarius sextile the North Node in Aries. Taking a chance and being brave when it comes to our relationships and friendships. Embracing the quirky sides of our nature.

March 1- Sun in Pisces sextile Jupiter in Taurus at 11 degrees. If you’ve ever seen The Sun card in the tarot, you may be able to visualize this energy that’s on tap for us. There’s joy, awe, and an overall celebratory feel. If you need a confidence boost you may find support coming from a friend, mentor, or loved one. It may feel vitally restorative to get outside and get some vitamin C.

March 3- Moon in Sagittarius squares Saturn in Pisces at 10 degrees.  This is a fast-moving transit but since the Sun and Mercury played with Saturn earlier this week, I’m curious to see if we feel a shift around stepping into our responsibility. Saturn is often considered a taskmaster. We often feel a sense of pride when we achieve something over time, but what if it doesn’t produce the outcome we were expecting? Is it a failure now? What if we approached any task with the idea that we couldn’t fail? No matter what the results?

**My intention with these weekly astrology reports is something like looking at a weather app. If you know it will rain, you’ll bring an umbrella. Awareness can help us navigate the Astro “weather” too. I  hope to share this information in an easily digestible way (not too much jargon).  Please read this information knowing that these energies can appear in higher or lower forms. Even though I may give specific dates for the exact aspects, you could feel the energies a few days before or after as the aspects form and separate. These are all based on EST times.
